James has led all operational activities as Chief Operating Officer since MillTech’s inception, and has overall management responsibility for Operations, Settlements and Customer Success.

Prior to MillTech, James spent over 18 years at Millennium Global in FX operations, settlement, business analysis and technology roles. At Millennium Global, he helped scale AuM from $2.5bn to $18bn by designing the operational architecture to support over $500bn of annual FX volumes.

Prior to Millennium Global, James worked at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Nomura in operational FX roles.

James is a recognised global leader in FX operations and is a member of The Bank of England’s Foreign Exchange Joint Standing Committee (FXJSC) Operations Sub-Committee.
