Adam Gouveia

CFO

Adam joined MillTech as Chief Financial Officer in September 2026, bringing more than two decades of experience. He has overall management responsibility for the finance function, including budgeting, accounting, and reporting.

He spent the previous nine years as CFO of AZA Finance, a fintech specialising in cross-border payments. Before that, he held various roles at Pantera Capital Management and Citco Fund Services. Adam also worked as an FX forwards dealer at Wells Fargo Bank.

Adam holds an MBA in Finance and a BS from University of California, Davis.
